1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all online payment transactions processed through ADVPay, a payment interface operated by Advanza Consolidated (PVT) Ltd (“Advanza”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By completing a payment on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Nature of Service

Advanza provides secure online payment gateway and transaction processing solutions for third-party merchants (“Merchants”). We do not sell or supply the products or services for which the payment is made. The Merchant remains solely responsible for order fulfillment, delivery, refunds, after-sales support, and customer service.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all payment details (amount, reference, and contact information) entered are accurate.
You must use a valid payment method authorized in your name.
Fraudulent or unauthorized use of another person’s card or wallet is strictly prohibited.

4. Currency and Charges

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated on the checkout page. Any currency conversion or service fee applied by your issuing bank is beyond our control.

5. Payment Authorization

By clicking “Pay Now”, you authorize Advanza to process the specified amount on behalf of the Merchant. Your payment may appear on your bank or card statement under “ADVPay / Advanza Consolidated (PVT) Ltd” or a similar descriptor approved by our acquiring partner.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds, cancellations, or delivery issues must be handled directly with the Merchant you paid.
Advanza cannot issue refunds or reverse transactions without written authorization from the Merchant.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact the Merchant before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
If a chargeback is raised without prior contact, Advanza reserves the right to provide transaction evidence to the acquiring bank.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

We collect limited personal data (name, email, phone number, transaction reference, and payment details) solely for processing payments, verification, and compliance with anti-fraud regulations. Your data is stored securely and shared only with authorized processors or regulators when legally required.

8. Security

All payments are transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption and processed through PCI-DSS compliant partners. Advanza does not store card numbers or CVV codes on its servers.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use this payment system for transactions involving illegal or restricted goods/services, money laundering, or payments made on behalf of unverified third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Advanza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, arising from payment processing or system unavailability. Our total liability shall not exceed the transaction fees retained for that specific payment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sri Lanka.

12. Updates to Terms

Advanza may amend these Terms at any time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Updated versions will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
